New Brunswick takes Unsustainable Energy Path

(Ottawa) The province of New Brunswick, has squandered a historic opportunity to put itself on a path to sustainable energy and has insured the indebtedness of new Brunswickers for generations to come.

Nuclear power is the most expensive, dangerous, and least sustainable source of energy. The New Brunswick utilities board found there was no business case to support reinvestment in Point Lepreau.
