Advisory: Sierra Club Canada to Respond to Budget

OTTAWA—Sierra Club Canada will be in the budget lockup and available for media comments after the budget has been released. John Bennett, Executive Director of Sierra Club Canada, and National Water Campaigner, Celeste Côté, will be in Parliament’s Railway Room after the lock-up.

“After hearing the Throne Speech, Sierra Club Canada has no expectation for the environment other than recycled references to climate change, pollution and clean energy from previous throne speeches and budgets,” said John Bennett, Executive Director of Sierra Club Canada.
