Watch for Wildlife Expands to New Brunswick!

Compiled Media Coverage of NB expansion - Wanda Baxter, Program Manager, W4W

We are so excited to announce the expansion of the Watch for Wildlife program to New Brunswick this year, and to have Kristin Elton as the new Outreach Coordinator for NB. Program expansion events took place last weekend in Fredericton, and a number of Press links and photos from Kristin's outreach efforts follow. It is due to the support of Lush Charity Pot and the Animal Welfare Foundation of Canada that we are able to expand the reach of the program to New Brunswick and have our materials translated into french. Thanks so much to both organizations for their support of programs like Watch for Wildlife.

Kristin was interviewed on CBC Fredericton's Shift and the interview is also online here: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/nb-wildlife-road-avoiding-accidents-1.4747885

We were also featured on Global TV, and Kristin also did a super job kicking off the expansion of Watch for Wildlife to New Brunswick on site at the Boyce Market and Falls Brook Festival. We are so glad to have her as part of the Watch for Wildlife team.

Get in touch if you want brochures or bumper magnets, or if you want to get involved. And take a look at the Global TV interview with Kristin. She can be reached at watchforwildlife@sierraclub.ca with any questions or invitations to events, etc.
