Including recent efforts at Eisner Cove, Nova Scotia where local advocates are attempting to save the largest remaining wetland in Dartmouth, rejection of the Bay du Nord oil drilling project, a call to ban gold mining in Nova Scotia, and being a voice against the proposed reopening of the idle Donkin coal mine in Cape Breton, Sierra Club Atlantic continues to rally public support for critical issues affecting us all.
