Environmental Education is an interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning in, about, and from the environment. It is inclusive, audience appropriate, engaging and inspiring, with an emphasis on skills building and informed action. It links directly with Sierra Club Canada’s mission to “empower people to protect, restore and enjoy a healthy and safe planet.”
Sierra Club Canada offers environmental education programs in several regions of the country. To allow for the best fit to local educational needs, each region operates independently and independent of the National Office.
