Sierra Club Canada Foundation with Town of Ajax and Toronto & Region Conservation are cleaning up Paradise Beach. This RBC Bluewater-funded project will run polluted water through native plants to cleanse it before it hits the beach.
The community is invited to plant these "bioswales" on Sept 20, 2014 and to learn about the lakefront clean-up strategy at upcoming events in 2014/2015. More here: www.ontario.sierraclub.ca
