Throughout the day we were fortunate to hear Oliver Couto from The Bee Shop discuss the many challenges bees are currently facing and what we can do to protect them.  His great Bee products were also for sale.  Other great local vendors included: Erica Wilson of Barefoot Books, selling beautiful and educational books for children, as well as Mountain Grove Seed Co. selling plants and seeds for vegetable gardens.

Our Silent Auction table had awesome items up for bidding from Random House, Coneybear Honey, Stasis Local Foods, Elixir Spa, Larraine Roulston, Butcher by Nature, the Beet Organic Restaurant, Matthew Park, Mountain Grove Seed Co. and Steven Aikenhead

Nancy Kopman, performance had the kids singing and dancing along to her children’s songs.

A beautiful musical performance was also done by Kith & Kin.

Many rain barrels were sold and a delicious vegan lunch was provided by Animal Liberation kitchen
