FREE Nature Immersion Visits with PEI Wild Child Program

For a Nature Immersion visit, Wild Child Educators will come to your child care center, school, afterschool group, homeschool group, community group, etc., to connect kids to nature through nature-based free play.

The content of each visit depends on the weather, the ‘natural area’ available, and the kids! Maybe we will learn bird calls, jump in puddles, identify habitat, build forts, learn survival and conservation techniques, do scavenger hunts, look for animal tracks, or follow our imaginations!

Sessions are typically about one hour, though they can be shorter or longer. It is also possible for groups to come visit one of our Forest School sites if that is desirable!

Summer Forest School with Wild Child Edmonton!

The Wild Child team was been very busy prepping & resting & planning & training for the upcoming summer season! We are so excited to get outside to learn and play alongside our Forest Friends.

On Saturday June 24, to give a taste of summer Forest School, we set up a “Family Fun Day” where visitors were able to visit camp, meet our educators, make nature crafts, bake mud cupcakes & have some fun in the forest!
